3D visualization & design consultation.

This project was one of my first forays into international online freelancing, secured through a referral. The client, in the midst of renovating his recently purchased home, sought a DIY approach and requested visualizations for his existing concept for the patio. I provided additional design suggestions and assisted with layout arrangements.

Challenge: translating the client's vision for their front porch into a compelling design with precise dimensions formed by my architectural background.

This project focused on implementing minor strategic improvements. The modifications included:

• Updated color palette: A new wall color for a more contemporary feel.

• Enhanced entryway lighting: The addition of sconces flanking the main entrance door provided improved lighting and visual interest.

• Upgraded flooring: Replacing outdated floor tiles with a new material modernized the overall aesthetic.

• Modern window frames: Installation of modern window frames added a touch of contemporary style.

• Landscaping refresh: Landscaping elements were incorporated to further enhance the visual appeal.
